Paul Linwood is an English former professional footballer who was born on October 24, 1983. He played primarily as a central defender. Throughout his career, Linwood played for various clubs including Tranmere Rovers, Wrexham, Chester City, and Grimsby Town in the Football League, as well as Connah's Quay Nomads in the Cymru Premier. He also had stints at Non-league clubs such as Fleetwood Town, Salford City, and Ramsbottom United. During his time at Tranmere Rovers, under the management of Brian Little, Linwood experienced a significant upturn in his career and was pleased with the progress he made.
